Consent to Personal Data Processing

By ticking "I consent to the processing of my personal data" in the SparkU beta form on getsparku.app and submitting the application, I freely and in my own interest give my consent to the controller — Egor Aleksandrovich Lihachev, an individual (Orenburg, Russia, email support@sparku.su) — to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Purposes:

• to add me to the SparkU beta waitlist, invite me to the beta and send me an access key;
• to email me about beta access and the SparkU launch;
• to take my answers into account when deciding whom to invite first and what to build next.

2. Data: email address; role; Mac model; macOS version; apps I use; my wish (free text); form language; visit source (link tags, the domain of the site I came from, the first page I opened); application date; the access key issued to me and the invite date.

3. Processing: collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, disclosure (granting access), restriction, erasure and destruction — automated, over the internet.

4. Processors acting on the controller's behalf:

• hosting provider IT-Garage, server in Moscow, Russia — receiving and storing applications;
• Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA — serving the site, relaying the application to the server, attack protection;
• Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA — email delivery (receives only the email address and the email content).

5. Where my data goes. My application is stored on a server in Russia. I explicitly agree to this, and to my email address and email content (for delivery) and request metadata (for serving the site) being transferred to the USA, to the processors in item 4. I understand that Russia is not recognized by the EU as providing an adequate level of data protection.

6. Duration. This consent is valid until I withdraw it, and no longer than 3 years from the application date. When the purposes are met or the term ends, the data is destroyed.

7. Withdrawal. I can withdraw this consent at any time by emailing support@sparku.su from the address in my application. The controller then stops processing and destroys my data within 30 days. Unsubscribing via an email link only stops the emails.

8. I have read the Privacy Policy, including my rights as a data subject. This consent is given electronically; the fact, date and version of the consent are stored with my application.
